It’s a BYOB bash, so bring your favorite drink and let’s put our dollars toward more amazing support services! We’ll have snacks galore to keep the energy high. Just a friendly reminder: this party is for the fabulous 21 and older crowd!

  • FREE Grief Group & Grief Retreat

    Coming in 2025

    This group is designed for adults who have experienced the loss of loved ones to suicide. You have the option to participate in person or join virtually. Led by a grief therapist, this weekly group offers support and understanding.

    The Justin Center provides a complimentary two-day grief retreat, offering individuals a supportive environment to mourn and discover hope during challenging times.

  • Free Trauma informed Yoga for helping professions

    Coming January 2025 Witnessing and/or hearing the traumatic experiences of others can have lasting impact on helping professionals. TIY is designed to create space for the practice of returning to self and offering rest. TIY can re-establish a healthy practice of movement while focusing on your specific somatic symptoms. With a regulated body, your sleep, and daily fatigue can improve. Join us for a different approach to healing

  • Free Suicide Prevention Trainings

    10.21 7:00-8:00PM

    Suicide prevention is a shared responsibility. It can be daunting when a loved one is grappling with suicidal thoughts. These training sessions aim to enhance awareness, provide guidance on how to support someone experiencing suicidal ideation, and help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.

    More than 720 000 people die due to suicide every year.
