Wellness Retreat

April 25 & 26, 2026 $50, 12 CEU’s

This restorative weekend retreat is designed specifically for helping professionals seeking space to reset, reconnect, and renew. Grounded in trauma-informed principles, the experience offers a safe and supportive environment where participants can gently unwind the impacts of chronic stress and burnout.

Through trauma-informed yoga practices, attendees are guided to reconnect with their bodies in ways that prioritize choice, safety, and empowerment. These accessible sessions focus on nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and sustainable self-care tools that can be integrated into daily life.

A core theme of the weekend is authenticity — supporting you in reconnecting with your values, voice, and boundaries. Through engaging content and experiential exercises, participants examine how authenticity can serve as a protective factor against burnout, enabling them to show up with integrity while maintaining their own well-being.

By the end of the weekend, attendees leave with practical strategies, renewed energy, and a deeper sense of alignment — equipped not just to continue their work, but to do so with resilience, clarity, and self-trust.
